Trekking Poles
When the postal worker threw them over the wall into our courtyard, I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the package. They looked and functioned exactly like my Patagonia Wading Staff. You know what? I immediately thought these could be used as a wading staff as well. Yup, I'll keep them in the truck for handy access when needed.
As expensive as wading staffs have become these days, this is a good alternative if you want to save some money. These trekking poles can be adjusted to desired length, fold down into three pieces, are light, and every bit the quality we see with wading staffs being sold in the fly shops. And, you get two poles for less than what you will pay for one wading staff.
