Seems I have some special rods in two-piece configuration...with a bit of magic built into them. Yeah, they come from the era when rod designers were innovating with taper designs in graphite during the eighties and nineties. What incredible rods those designers built in those magical years...Russ Peak, Tom Morgan, Kerry Burkheimer, and Don Green to name a few. It turns out that many of those rods have legacy status and are appreciated by anglers to this very day!
