Lazy Fall Day
I was needing a slow, lazy, day up on the mountain. And, a little bit of fly fishing too, I must add. What a fabulous day! The sky was just how I like it when fishing up at my little Rio's...cloudy with patches of blue. The stream flow was up a bit from last week and that helped with getting the trout out from their hidey holes. A bunch of lively little browns taking a fly much more aggressively than in weeks past...everything a fly fisher could ask for. For added bonus, there were a few rainbows in the net too. Yes, I'm still only using a single dry fly even this late into the year...and loving it!
