Back For More

Back up on the stream today for more tight lines with those little wild browns. Just a beautiful day. Yesterday was fabulous and so was today...Neal and I hit the little Rio that has nothing but wild brown trout. We fished the quality waters again and had some fun even though I only netted one trout...but the leetle feller was so pretty! Neal had several to the net and he had a good day, indeed!

One of the fun things with fly fishing is that you're in the wild and see some amazing things. I was standing in the middle of the stream when I heard something, looked up, and spotted about twenty wild turkeys walking briskly on a game trail alongside the stream. I'm telling you, there were some BIG turkeys in that parade.

Now that I'm home, I'm feeling the day of working a stream...yep, Aspercreme for those creaky joints!!!
