Diamondback Bamboo 7ft 4wt fly rod

A nice blonde bamboo rod with cinnamon wraps that is fun to fish on little mountain creeks. I picked this up several years ago for chump change and is a nice rod to fish...especially from a dollar investment to fishing pleasure standpoint, that is.

I only have one bamboo rod (Orvis Seven Four) that bamboo collectors would consider for their rod collections. And, that's the only collector bamboo I'll probably ever have. I do like to fish "blue collar" bamboo rods like this Diamondback because it's more enjoyable for me to fish. Why? I don't have to worry about breaking an expensive rod. Besides, my blue collar bamboo fly rods are a blast to fish on my home waters...
