Whole30

 

I have gone on a 30-day diet to see if a change in what I eat will improve my allergy/asthma condition that has been dragging me down since last November. The Whole30 diet is basically eating only vegetables, fruit, eggs, and meat. And yes, caffeine is allowed on this diet. What is not on the diet? No sugar, dairy, legumes, soy, grains, or alcohol.

The photo above is what my wife cooked for me this morning...a sweet potato hash, sausage, and egg breakfast that was very delicious. I've been on the Whole30 diet for one week now and have already lost 6 pounds which is a nice side benefit to this diet. Feeling better all ready...doesn't actually feel like I'm on a diet.
